The Loudoun County Department of Social Services' Housing Services Division provides home-buyer education workshops for first-time buyers, Wednesday, July 6, and Wednesday, July 13, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at Eastern Loudoun Regional Library, 21030 Whitfield Place in Sterling. The six-hour workshop covers a number of topics relating to homeownership, including budgeting, credit, working with Realtors, the mortgage process and what to expect at settlement. Hubert Construction of Gaithersburg, Md., has completed three commercial office condominium construction projects in Northern Virginia for Buchanan Partners, a leading commercial developer. The projects total 237,000 square feet and a contract value of $19 million.
The projects include the Ridgeview Office Condominium, a two-story, 53,000-square-foot Class A office condominium project is located in eastern Loudoun County. As well as the Dulles Trade Center I, Buildings E, F, and G, three one-story flex/industrial office condominium buildings totaling 144,000 square feet at Buchanan PartnersÕ Dulles Trade Center project on Route 606 just west of Washington Dulles International Airport.
