The Green Spring Gardens Park Library, located on 4603 Green Spring Road, will be undergoing renovation work from mid-May until mid-October. The library will be renovated to include instructional space and additional book storage. The library will be closed during renovation, but the park’s visitor center will remain open and classes will take place as scheduled. United Community Ministries' Critical Need is asking for donations in the form of milk, butter and eggs, tomato sauce, rice, beans, cereals, dry milk, infant formula-Enfamil with Iron, tuna, tools, car seats, flatware, arts and crafts supplies, vacuum cleaners, and laptops.
