What are your community concerns? What are some ideas you have on ways to improve your community? I would like to see our community get more involved with local groups such as the Chamber and Rotary clubs. These clubs are trying to give back to people and businesses in our community. Together we can truly make a difference. I would like to see us give back more to include setting up more scholarships. Both the Chamber and the Rotary currently have scholarship programs.

We want people to know that Springfield is a great place to live and work. I would like to see more businesses come to Springfield. We have a great location. We have some vacant areas (restaurants, buildings etc.) that we would like to fill.

What community "hidden treasure" do you think more people should know about? Northern Virginia Community College has a medical campus in Springfield. Also, the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce. They are always looking to hear your ideas and concerns about the community. They are a very valuable resource.

Personal goals? To assist in being a part of bettering our community and to help make a difference in other peoples lives both physically and spiritually.
