Earth Day came a little late at Potomac Elementary this year, but the students enjoying a cleaned-up schoolyard didn't seem to mind. Members of the Student Government Association planted flowers in front of the school and picked up trash along the edges of the playing fields during recess April 26. The event was postponed due to rain on Earth Day, April 22.
