Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison Office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in March. Chairman of the Board Premiere member Penny Yerks led the way in dollar volume for the month. Yerks was the No. 1 agent in the Capital Region last year in gross commission and dollar volume and was No. 4 in revenue units and listings sold. The Capital Region includes 52 Weichert offices located throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Margaret Hollar led the office in revenue units, listings sold and total sales. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and finished in the top 10 of five sales categories in the Capital Region in 2004. Topping the branch in listings was Claudette Schwartz, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Schwartz earned membership in the Chairman's Gold Club in 2004, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. She was No. 5 in the Capital Region last year in Weichert Family of Companies units and dollar volume.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Old Dominion Office announced John Lee Lowrance has joined the office as a sales associate. With eight years of experience as a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina and one year in Virginia, Lowrance has lived in Falls Church for the past two years.

Dan Laytham, of Long & Foster's Great Falls office, was named the office's top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings, with a sales volume of $11,631,100.

Lilian Jorgenson, of the McLean Long & Foster office, was named the office's top producer and lister, with a sales volume of $9,100,835; and Jolyn Egle as the top seller.

Debbie King, of the Tysons Long & Foster office, was named the office's top producer and seller, with a sales volume of $8,065,800; Greg Holmes as the top lister; and Maria Lobianco as the agent with the most new listings.

The McLean Center Office of Weichert, Realtors announced Sue Huckaby was recognized with a regional award for the month of March. Huckaby led all regional sales associates in the category of resale marketed listings, topping agents from 29 other Virginia offices to earn the honor. She was the No. 2 agent in gross commission and dollar volume in 2004, out of associates from 52 Weichert offices located throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
