<lst>Health Wellness program on diet, exercise and stress reduction, on May 15, at 4 p.m. Guest speaker is Theresa S. Ameria, RN, BSN, and Instructor in Fairfax County School of Practical Nursing. Dinner follows program. Open to ages 55 and older.

Buffet brunch on May 22, at 1 p.m. at The Four Province Restaurant, an Irish pub, 105 W. Broad St., Falls Church. Cost is $14.95, all you can eat. RSVP by May 18 at 9 p.m., to Bea at 703-250-8557 or Joel at 703-425-8089.

"Secular, Humanistic Judaism: Its history, proponents and perspectives," program takes place June 26, at 4 p.m. Guest speaker is Rabbi Ben Biber of Congregation Machar. Following the program, participants can meet at The Old Country Buffet in Fair City Mall.

JCCNV Senior Connection: Coffee, Cards and Conversation. Fill your Tuesday mornings with cards, conversation and laughter. Senior Connection meets on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.

JCCNV Games and Conversation. Monday Mornings, from 10 a.m. to noon. Fill your Monday mornings with games such as Scrabble, Mah Jongg, Cards, Rummikub and others. This is an informal, drop-in activity. Coffee, tea and refreshments are provided. Cost is $2 for members and $3 for nonmembers.

Sandwiched: Caregiving For Children and Aging Parents. Topics include coping with stressors associated with the challenges of raising children while worrying about frail parents. Group meets May 16, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Breast Cancer Support Group discusses the challenges and issues unique to Jewish women with breast cancer. Meeting takes place June 2, from 7-9 p.m. Call 703-359-0202.
