<bt>Linda and Robert Stillman of Potomac announce the marriage of their daughter Jessica Elise Stillman to Andrew Heath Silverstein, son of Francine and Arnold Silverstein of Brooklyn, N.Y, April 9. The bride graduated from Winston Churchill High School in 1995, earned a BA in English from Brandeis University in 1999 and her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2002. She currently works at the Conference on Material Claims Against Germany in New York City. The couple now lives in New York City.
