Debbie Menzer, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Herndon office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in April.
Carolina Casais earned the honor of top producer for the fourth month in a row, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and led the Capital Region in sales units in 2004, finishing third in revenue units. The Capital Region includes 52 Weichert offices located throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
President’s Club member Chris Cochran led the office in listings sold. Cochran is also a member of the Executive’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. The top seller for the month was Ed Urbaniak, who celebrates his one-year anniversary with Weichert in May.
