Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison Office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in August. Chairman of the Board Premiere member Margaret Hollar earned the honor of top producer. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales for the month. Chairman of the Board Premiere Club member Penny Yerks led the way in listings for the second month in a row.

Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Old Dominion Office, announced that J.D. (Janet) Callander has been honored for her achievements in August. Callander, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, earned the honor of top producer for the second month in a row. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and total sales.

Southern Accents magazine has selected McLean as the site of its 2005 Showhouse, "The Old Dominion Showhouse." The Southern Accents Showhouse will open to the public Saturday, Oct. 20, and will be featured in the November-December issue of Southern Accents. A portion of proceeds from tours of the home will benefit the Ronald McDonald House charities of greater Washington, D.C. Spring Hill Farm has been selected as the site. The property comprises 25 acres of historical farmland in the heart of McLean.
