Air Force Airman Robert J. Hildebrand Jr. has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Hildebrand is the son of Robert Hildebrand of Lone Pine Road, Washington, Penn., and brother of Stephanie Mangan of Marinelli Road, North Bethesda. In 2004, he graduated from Richard Montgomery High School, Rockville.
Anya V. Sira has been awarded an Air Force ROTC college scholarship. Sira is the daughter of Luba and stepdaughter of Nestor Nikon Pylypec of Sangamore Road, Bethesda. She is a 2006 graduate of Walt Whitman High School, Bethesda.
Noelle S. Larson has graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda. She received a medical degree and was commissioned to the rank of captain, with a minimum seven-year active duty service commitment. She is the daughter of George M. and Trudy B. Summers of Colebrook Avenue, Potomac. Noelle received a bachelor's degree in 1995 from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H.
Army National Guard Pfc. Mark O. Fredlund served as a member of Task Force Maryland who deployed to San Diego to conduct medical/clinical support services to benefit seven Native American Indian tribes. He is a member of the Maryland Army National Guard assigned to the 729th Brigade Support Battalion, Reisterstown. Fredlund is an x-ray technician with seven years of military service. He resides in Lothian, Md., and is the son of David and Norma Fredlund of Hawthorn Court, Rockville. His wife, Shannon, is the daughter of Michael H. and Penny O'Neill of Vintage Drive, Harwood, Md. Fredlund is a 1983 graduate of Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville.
Air Force Airman Brenden Morris has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Fredrick and Michelle Morris of Stoneridge Drive, Gaithersburg. Morris is a 2005 graduate of Quince Orchard High School, Gaithersburg.
Army Reserve Spec. Darrell D. Frazier is currently deployed to Southwest Asia or the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and/or Operation Enduring Freedom. In Southwest Asia, Frazier is a finance specialist assigned to the Wisconsin-based 376th Finance Battalion. He is regularly assigned to the 398th Finance Battalion at Fort Belvoir, Va. Frazier has served in the military for almost two years. In his civilian occupation, Frazier is a maintenance technician specializing in aircraft cleaning for the Aramark Corp., in Arlington, Va. Frazier is the nephew of Walter P. Joiner of Randolph Road, Rockville. He is a 2003 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, Silver Spring.

She is the daughter of LaVerne Casamero of Crownpoint, N.M., and niece of Joann Casamero of Foal Lane, North Potomac. Nodestine graduated in 2003 from Crownpoint High School, and received an associate degree in 2005 from the Technical Vocational Institute, Albuquerque, N.M.
