Helen Griffiths of the Potomac Village Office of Weichert, Realtors is a 2005 inductee into the Weichert Hall of Fame. She was officially honored at the Capital Region Annual Service Awards Luncheon at the McLean Hilton. Griffiths received an elegant statue and one dozen yellow roses in honor of her induction this year. A top producer in her office for many years, she earned membership in the Chairman of the Board Club and President's Gold Club last year. Griffiths is known for helping her clients best stage their homes for sale, which results in successful transactions. Susann Haskins is the 2006 Realtor of the Year. A realtor for 20 years, Susann has spent her career expanding her knowledge through education, involvement in the association and hard work in her business. As GCAAR’s President in 2005, Susann launched the association’s Community Service Committee and the GCAAR Cares initiative. Taking Susann’s inspiration and drive for success, GCAAR Cares raised over $40,000 for Tsunami Relief efforts, over $14,000 for Katrina Relief and participated in a number of community service activities last year, including Rebuilding Together, the Fannie Mae Walkathon, Adopt-An-Apartment and Barrel of Books collection for literacy programs. In addition to her work on the Board of Directors and Community Service, Susann has participated in a wide variety of GCAAR committees including Contract & Clause, Professional Development, Realtor Political Action Committee and Public Policy. Susann has earned four designations in her career: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR); Certified Buyer Representative (CBR); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI); and is an active member of the national and state chapters of CRS. She is co-manager of Long & Foster’s Potomac/Cabin John Office and was a member of Long & Foster’s “Founder’s Club” for agents with annual sales of $10 - $20 million from 2002 - 2004.

She is also a member of the President's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. President's Club member and Executive's Gold Club member Samia Gouda led the way in revenue units and sales, earning the honor of top seller. Helen King, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, led the Potomac Weichert, Realtors office for the month of June in dollar volume. King has been a licensed real estate agent for 35 years and has earned a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. She was also named to the Montgomery County Board of Realtors' "Hall of Fame" Lifetime Sales Club. Colleen Dolak led the way in revenue units and sales, earning the honor of top seller. Topping the branch in listings was Jaynie Grant, a member of the Executive's Club. Grant, who was licensed in 1999, is a member of several local chapters of the National Association of Realtors. She is a longtime resident of Potomac. Mary Jo Joyce, a member of the Chairman's Club, led the office in listings sold for the month. * Bethesda: Marie Ntam was the top individual producer, lister and seller with a sales volume of $3,900,000; The Marty Signore Team was the top team producer with a sales volume of $1,430,000; The McKenna/Keesey Team was the top team lister; The Signore/Voigt Team was the top team seller; The Juan Antonio Umanzor Group was the top group producer and seller with a sales volume of $3,156,800; and Trip Holbrook was the agent with the most new listings.

* Bethesda Avenue: Linda Rosenkranz was the top producer with a sales volume of $10,288,900; Jamie Coley was the top lister and the agent with the most new listings; and Meg Finn was the top seller.

* Bethesda/Chevy Chase: Christa Hodge was the top producer, lister and seller with a sales volume of $3,854,578; and Christa Hodge and Ole Pedersen were the agents with the most new listings.

* Bethesda Gateway: Brad Rozansky was the top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $10,936,000.

* Democracy Center: Anita Tauber and Cindy Souza were the top producers and listers with a sales volume of $3,979,000; Monique Sotomarino was the top seller.

* North Potomac/Gaithersburg: Jennifer Cuthbert was the top individual producer and lister with a sales volume of $2,173,640; Phyllis Cohen was the top individual seller; The Julie Robinson and Mark Smith Team was the top team producer and seller with a sales volume of $3,524,910; The Judy Howlin and Meredith Fogle Team was the top team lister; The Alex Martinez Group was the top group producer, lister and seller with a sales volume of $4,783,950.

* Potomac/Cabin John: Elaine Koch was the top producer and lister with a sales volume of $6,462,500; Leslie Friedson was the top seller; and Diann Gattron was the agent with the most new listings

* Potomac Village: Krystyna Litwin was the top producer with a sales volume of $6,095,500; Delia McCormick was the top lister and the agent with the most new listings.

* Rockville/King Farm: Sandra Galvis-Pelton was the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $3,000,000; and Kathi Higdon Kershaw was the top lister and the agent with the most new listings.

The Potomac Village Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with a regional award for the month of June. The region consists of 24 Weichert offices located throughout Maryland and the District.
