Weichert, Realtors' Fair Oaks office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in June.

Chairman of the Board Premiere Club member Rosemary Graham led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold, earning the honor of top producer. She is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Graham is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and the Chairman's Gold Club. A longtime resident of Fairfax, she earned her real estate license in 1987 and has since earned several designations and honors such as GRI, CRS and Lifetime Top Producer from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

Earning the honor of top seller for the month was Jerry Thatcher, who is a member of the Chairman of the Board Club.

Weichert, Realtors' Centreville/Clifton office announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in June.

Leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold was Chairman of the Board Club member Lynn Rowland, who earned the honor of top producer. Leading the way in listings was Thomas Minetree, while David Lee earned the honor of top seller.

Several Weichert, Realtors sales associates celebrated their 30th anniversaries with the company in 2005 and were officially honored at the Capital Region Annual Service Awards Luncheon, held recently at the McLean Hilton.

In recognition of their 30 years as a member of the Weichert Family, awardees received a pin adorned with three diamonds and either one dozen yellow roses or a yellow rose boutonniere. Receiving the 30-year award at this year's event were: Wally Adamson, Vienna/Oakton office; Tom Armentrout, Gaithersburg/Montgomery Village office; Winnie Musumeci, Wheaton/Silver Spring office; Jane Price, McLean Center office.

Receiving the 25-year award at this year's event were: Bela Block, McLean Center office; Mary Rey Girardi, Potomac office; Trudy Goodwin, Dulles office; Roger Johnson, Rockville/White Flint office; Elaine Murray, Fairfax office; Dee Rawski, Reston office; Nancy Sturgill, Bethesda/Chevy Chase office; Stephanie Swart, Gaithersburg/North Potomac office; and Chris Wells, Wheaton/Silver Spring office.

Congratulations to Long & Foster, Realtors' top sales associates in Fairfax County for the month of June:

* Centreville-Gateway: Sarah Moorman, manager of the Centreville-Gateway Long & Foster office, announced Denise Kempton as the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $3,469,900; Gail Rich as the top lister; and Rajiv Vashist as the agent with the most new listings.

* Fairfax: Frank Lee, manager of the Fairfax Long & Foster office, announced Debbie Dogrul as the top producer and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $26,862,220; Marsha Nicholson as the #2 top producer and Betty Peerenboom as the #3 top producer.

* Fair Oaks: Val August, manager of the Fair Oaks Long & Foster office, announced Ron Rush as the top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $9,719,660.

Shane Keaton, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Centreville/Clifton office, announced the office earned a spot in the top 10 of one sales category on the list of June "Objective Beaters." The list highlights the offices that surpass their objectives by the highest percentage each month.

The office finished first in the company for exceeding its objective in listings, coming in at 200 percent of its monthly goal. Aiding the office in earning the award was sales associate Thomas Minetree, who led the office in listings in June.

Weichert, Realtors recently held its first annual "Mentor Pride Day" at the Tysons Westpark Hotel. Attending the event were managers, mentors and lead mentors from Weichert offices located throughout Virginia. Attendees collaborated with one another and shared their experiences through the workshop tables and panel speakers, resulting in many new ideas for heightening the program's success.

Karen Trainor, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Fair Oaks office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in July.

Lynne Jones led the office in dollar volume, listings and sales, earning the honor of top seller. Leading the way in revenue units and listings sold was Miki Kang. Both Kang and Jones are members of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club and Chairman's Gold Club, the latter signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial.
