Training Program. An interactive training program on communication skills useful in numerous aspects of disaster response offered for Emergency Action Team members and interested volunteers Saturday, Sept. 9, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in the auditorium of the Montgomery County Executive Office Building, 101 Monroe Street, Rockville. Sessions will include reflective listening techniques and a workshop on effectively speaking with disaster hotline callers. Work Session Meeting #3. 7 p.m. at Bells Mill Elementary School, 8225 Bells Mill Road, Potomac. The Montgomery County Public School Division of Construction is planning a new modernized building for Bells Mill Elementary School to be completed in August of 2009. Several meetings have been planned and need and want community input when planning the new facility. This is the third session in a series of five planning sessions.
