RE/MAX Premier of Fairfax and Dulles, regrets the passing of Haidee Adkins, a respected agent in the Fairfax office. Haidee succumbed to pancreatic cancer on Jan. 25 at the Hospice of Northern Virginia.

A resident of Centreville, Haidee was respected as a colleague, beloved as a friend, and appreciated by her many clients. She received her real estate license in 1987 and went on to earn additional designations: ABR, SRES and her broker's license. She joined RE/MAX Premier in October 1998.

RE/MAX Premier will make a donation in Haidee's name to the Hospice of Northern Virginia in Arlington, in appreciation of their outstanding assistance during Haidee's final days. Those wishing to contribute are invited to call 703-802-2850.

Long & Foster, Real Estate announces its top sales associates for the month of December:

* Centreville-Gateway: Sarah Moorma and Don DeBragga, managers of the Centreville-Gateway Long & Foster office, announced Lisa Clayborne as the top producer and lister with a sales volume of $3 million; Cindy Lehman as the top seller; and Jenny Dewenter as the agent with the most new listings.

The Centreville/Clifton office of Weichert, Realtors, is pleased to announce that Lynn Rowland was recognized with a regional award for the month of December.

Rowland, a member of the Chairman of the Board Club, led the region in resale listings. She topped associates from 31 Weichert offices located throughout Virginia to earn the award.

Weichert, Realtors' Centreville/Clifton Office, announced Hamida Miller has joined the office as a sales associate. Possessing one year of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Miller previously was a sales associate at another local firm. She chose to join Weichert because it offers a great deal of support and guidance for new associates. Miller, who is also fluent in Persian, has lived in Centreville for the past eight years, giving her in-depth knowledge of the local market she can use to benefit her clients.
