The Fairfax County Park Authority is holding a public hearing to gather public comment on the proposed plan for a two-acre park along Railroad Street between Gallows Road and Morgan Lane. The draft master plan calls for trolley line interpretation and development of a playground, a multi-purpose court, picnic tables, a trail and associated site improvements. The hearing is at 7 p.m. in the Kilmer Middle School lecture hall, 8100 Wolftrap Road, Vienna. The proposed plan is online at www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks.
