The Fairfax County Park Authority is holding a public hearing to gather public comment on the proposed plan for a two-acre park along Railroad Street between Gallows Road and Morgan Lane. The draft master plan calls for trolley line interpretation and development of a playground, a multi-purpose court, picnic tables, a trail and associated site improvements.
