Loudoun County's newest home improvement programs will be the topic of a seminar, Wednesday, June 14, from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at the Sterling Library, 120 Enterprise St., Sterling.

Kelly Marrocco of the Loudoun County Department of Family Services will discuss the Loudoun County Home Improvement Program and the Eastern Loudoun Revitalization Program, which are designed to preserve and rehabilitate existing affordable housing.

Mary Roberge a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Leesburg has qualified to join the Coldwell Banker International PresidentÕs Circle, membership is limited to only the top 7 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System. Roberge was presented with this honor at the annual Coldwell Banker International Business Conference.

Roberge has her B.A. in communication from University of Maryland and 12 years of professional experience working with law firms as a client liaison between attorneys and agents. In 2004 and 2005, Roberge was named top producer and is a certified international previews specialist.
