Chamber Mixes It Up

Normandie Farm hosts mixer for Potomac Chamber of Commerce.

Normandie Farm Restaurant hosted a mixer for the Potomac Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 22. Beginning in September, the Chamber will host monthly mixers. About half of the Chamber’s network of approximately 65 organizations are usually represented at the gatherings, according to Chamber president Andy Ross.

The Chamber’s next large event is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 27, from 7-10 p.m., when the Toll Brothers will host a Red Carpet Gala and Casino Night to raise money for the C&O Canal Boat Project.

Groups that make up the chamber include automotive companies, restaurants, banks, non-profits, schools, realtors, healthcare providers and churches. About half of the members are based in Potomac, and the rest are spread throughout western Montgomery County. Membership in the Potomac Chamber of Commerce costs $125 per year.
