The Church of the Good Shepherd, a United Methodist church in Vienna, has published its seventh annual Devotions for Lent booklet. "Moving Toward the Center: Finding Balance in Our Lives." Weekend retreat for women. Embark on a journey of spiritual growth and exploration moving toward balance of body, mind and spirit. Julius E. Coles, president of Africare, will speak at the Northern Virginia Ethical Society on March 19 about "Africa in the New Millenium." Over the course of its history, Africare has become a leader among private charitable U.S. organizations assisting Africa.
