The Vienna Home Building and Remodeling Show is being launched by Contractors.com and First Horizon Home Loans in order to match custom home builders and remodelers with area residents and homeowners. Vienna-based Atlantic Realty Companies announced that Brady P. Roman has joined the company as director of leasing. Roman will be responsible for overseeing the leasing of multiple commercial properties in Maryland and Virginia. He was most recently with the McLean office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. as senior associate and also served in the company's Las Vegas office. Previously, he was an account executive with Personal Communication Industry Association and World Com Inc.

Ted Nguyen has joined Weichert, Realtors' McLean/Dolley Madison Office as a sales associate. Possessing 13 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Nguyen previously was a sales associate at another local firm and earned membership in its Million Dollar Club. Nguyen has lived in Vienna for nearly two years and is fluent in Vietnamese, which enables him to assist many customers. He enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, helping to build homes for the less fortunate.

Weichert, Realtors' Oakton/Vienna Office announced that Britt Lenz has been honored for his achievements in January. Lenz earned the honors of top producer and top seller, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and total sales. He is a member of the Executive's Club at Weichert.

Leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold was William McKaig, earning the honor of top producer. Executive's Club member Jeff Wu topped the branch in listings, while Gary Hawke earned the honor of top seller.

Jeff Palmucci led the office in dollar volume and revenue units through new-home sales, earning the honor of top producer for the third month in a row. In 2005 he earned membership in the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club at Weichert. Leading the office in listings and listings sold was Chairman of the Board Elite Club member Cindy Dwyer, while Executive's Club member Theresa Kim earned the honor of top seller.
