Pat Samson of Vienna was promoted to branch manager for mortgage lending company Mason Dixon Funding. Samson's responsibilities include oversight of all of the on-site loan officers at the company's Chantilly, Sterling and Fair Oaks Mall offices. He was named manager of the Chantilly branch.
