The Reston Community Center’s Pilates Advanced Beginner is Tuesdays, Nov. 14 through Dec. 19, 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m., at RCC Lake Anne. The fitness course is designed for beginners who want to master the movements, learn new exercises, and work out at a slightly increased pace.
