Top sales associates for August at the Vienna Long & Foster office were Janet Scaffido as the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $2,049,238; Patti Bostwick as the top lister; and Debbie Earman as the agent with the most new listings.
Several sales associates at the Weichert, Realtors’ Vienna/Oakton Office have been honored for their achievements in August. Leading the way in listings was Chairman’s Club member Ryan Clark. Chairman of the Board Elite Club member Brenda Davis led the office in dollar volume and listings sold for the month. Fellow Elite Club member Gaye Collins led the way in revenue units and sales, earning the honor of top seller. Collins has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years and is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.
Several sales associates at the Weichert, Realtors’ Tysons/Vienna Office have been honored for their achievements in August.
Earning the honor of top producer was Reema Raju, who led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and sales. Ying Ying Li led the way in listings sold for the month. Li is a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club at Weichert and is a member of several committees of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, which has given her sophisticated abilities in analyzing real estate trends.

Earning the honor of top producer was Chong Weisman, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club. Weisman led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and sales. Mark Voorheis, a member of the Million Dollar Club, led the way in listings sold for the month.
CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has been named exclusive leasing agent on 8111 Gatehouse Road, a 275,000 SF, six-story, Class A office building located at the intersection of Route 50 and I-495 in Merrifield. CBRE’s Mike Pepper, Jeff Roman and Malcolm Schweiker are handling the leasing on behalf of an affiliate of BPG Properties, Ltd. American Red Cross, who was the seller of the building, presently occupies 8111 Gatehouse in its entirety. The property was for many years used by American Red Cross’ for its headquarters and mission critical facilities. American Red Cross’ plans are to vacate the building by late 2007.
