After over a decade of renovation projects, the Vienna Presbyterian Church located at 124 Park St. combines updated spaces with traditional worship.

Church Mission Statement:

Vienna Presbyterian Church is a disciple-making church (People learning to follow Jesus). As a disciple-making church, it is our mission to call people to faith, equip people in discipleship and send people to love and serve.

Main Pastor:

Senior Pastor, Peter James.

Approximately 4,000 people with 2,700 members.

Founded:

1874 at the corner of Church and Mill Streets.

Expansion Projects:

An 11-year construction project was just completed.  Ministry and Missions programs are also expanding rapidly.

Service Schedule:

8, 9:30 and 11 a.m. Sunday Worship Services. Sunday School (all ages) 9:30 and 11 a.m.

Programs for Children and Teenagers:

There are two full time staff plus student interns in both age groups. There are Sunday School and youth group programs. The church also offers small group and service projects. There is a designated student lounge and ministry area.

Other Special Programs:

There are approximately 90 different ministry programs which serve all ages and all stages. We have a 2-, 3- and 4-year- old Preschool, an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) program, CenterPoint adult education programs and a multitude of Outreach and Missions service projects.  For example, there are monthly teams serving the Gulf Coast Katrina recovery effort, a Coalition for Christian Outreach partnership on the George Mason University Campus and many more.
