Grace Albritton, a sales associate with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Alexandria/King Street office, was recently recognized as the offices top producer for the month of September. Albritton has an exemplary track record of providing outstanding service to the company's clients. Albritton joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in January 2003.

Anne Rector, manager of the Alexandria Historic District Long & Foster office, announced Bryan Taylor as top producer with a sales volume of $1,489,000; Martine Irmer as the top lister; Ginger Webre as the top seller; and Sheryl Lambson as the agent with the most new listings.

Bill Jourdan, manager of the Alexandria/Old Town Long & Foster office, announced Frank Chicas as the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $2,078,000; Charlene Schaper as the top lister; and Deyi Awadallah as the agent with the most new listings.

Kalyan Basu has joined the Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria/Belle View Office office as a sales associate. Possessing nearly three years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Basu previously was a sales associate at another local firm. He has lived in Arlington, Va., for the past five years, giving him in-depth knowledge of the local market he uses to benefit his clients. Basu is also fluent in Bengali and Hindi, enabling him to help many customers in the diverse metropolitan area.

Chuck Stone, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria/Belle View office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in September. Michael Downie, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, earned the honor of top producer. He led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales. Topping the branch in listings was Brandy Buzinski, who joined Weichert one year ago. She is fluent in sign language, which enables her to help hearing-impaired clients accomplish their real estate goals.

Michael Turk, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria/Old Town Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in September. Robyn Bomar led the way in dollar volume and listings sold, while Eva Damelin led the office in listings for the second month in a row. Damelin is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. Million Dollar Club member Barbara Rosen topped the branch in revenue units and sales, earning the honor of top seller.

Joan Johns, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria/Mount Vernon Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in September. Million Dollar Club member Heidi Kabler earned the honor of top producer. She led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold. Jose Flores, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, earned the honor of top seller for the second month in a row.

Sales associate Paul Kaeppel of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria/Belle View Office is a regular supporter of the Mount Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce, and is serving his third year as a Bronze-level sponsor. In addition to supplying annual funds, Kaeppel helps sponsor Lee District Nights, a sampling of world music held weekly throughout the summer at Lee District Park. He also frequently attends Lee District and Mount Vernon Town Hall meetings, representing the Chamber and Weichert, Realtors. Kaeppel participates in several community service efforts organized by the Chamber, including Meals On Wheels, volunteering monthly with other Chamber members to deliver meals to those in need. Additionally, Kaeppel served as a volunteer staff member at the Chamber's annual Potomac Classic Golf Tournament.
