Moshe Yaalon, one of Israel’s military leaders, former Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, will speak on Israel and the Middle East: The Next Steps. Gen. Yaalon most recently has been Distinguished Military Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, and is presently a faculty member and Fellow at the Shalem Center in Jerusalem.
