Last week, 20 employees from Freddie Mac spent the day making improvements to one of Community Residence’s group homes for individuals with disabilities in Arlington. The volunteer project was a team-building activity for the group, and included extensive landscaping, painting and the construction of a deck.

Barbara Stone, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Arlington Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in July.

Ron Cathell, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, led the office in dollar volume for the month. For the third month in a row, Premiere Club member David Lloyd topped the branch in listings. Earning the honor of top seller was Pamela Dargue, a member of the Chairman’s Club.

Leading the way in revenue units and listings sold was Chairman of the Board Club member Michael Elton. He has more than 15 years of experience as a real estate professional and possesses licenses in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. Elton is a Lifetime Top Producer in both the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR). Elton is also a longtime resident of Falls Church, which has given him in-depth knowledge of the local market he uses to the benefit of his clients.
