Arlington seniors can get a private fitness assessment and a personally designed exercise program by a certified fitness professional at Langston-Brown Senior Center, 2121 N. Culpepper St. Assessment determines level of fitness for muscle strength, aerobic capacity and body flexibility. Fee is $120 which includes assessment and three sessions with the fitness coach.
