Terry Hudson led the Gaithersburg/North Potomac Weichert, Realtors' office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold and sales. Hudson earned the honor of top producer. Hudson is a member of the President's Club and Executive's Gold Club, the latter signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Chairman of the Board Club member Christine Derose led the way in listings, while Chairman's Club member Stephanie Swart earned the honor of top seller. Pam Nunzio of the Weichert Realtors' Potomac office and member of the Million Dollar Club earned the honor of top producer. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units and sales. Nunzio joined Weichert in January 2005 with nearly four years of licensed real estate experience. At her previous firm she spent three years as a member of the Million Dollar Club and also served as a pre-licensing instructor. Helen King led the office in listings for the second month in a row. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. King has been a licensed real estate agent for 35 years and has earned a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. She was also named to the Montgomery County Board of Realtors' "Hall of Fame" Lifetime Sales Club. The team of President's Club member Marcia Miller and Executive's Club member Michele Weinstein led the way in listings sold for the month. Weinstein was licensed in 1998 and is a member of several local chapters of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
