Loudoun County's home improvement programs will be the topic of a seminar scheduled for 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, at the Sugarland Run Homeowners Association, 200 Greenfield Court, Sterling. Kelly Marrocco of the Loudoun County Department of Family Services, will discuss the Loudoun County Home Improvement Program and the Eastern Loudoun Revitalization Program, which are designed to preserve and rehabilitate existing affordable housing.
