Susan Jane Stack of the Loudoun County Department of Family Services has been elected to the National Community Action Partnership board of directors. She will represent the group’s Region III, which includes Virginia Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Stack serves as the executive director of Loudoun’s Community Action Program (CAP.) Along with her colleague, Karen Velez, she has operated Loudoun’s public CAP since its inception in February of 2005.
