Hayfield Elementary students enjoyed a presentation of African stories and history Thursday, Feb. 8. Storyteller Baba Jamall Koram, dressed in traditional African garb, told stories of African and African-American history in honor of Black History Month. After the presentation, students were encouraged to try to answer questions that Baba Jamall Koram asked them.
