California Tortilla is holding its 13th Annual Pop-Tart Day, Wednesday, July 18. All customers will receive a free Kellogg’s Pop-Tart. No entrée purchase is necessary. California Tortilla has Loudoun County locations in Ashburn Village, Brambleton, Dulles Airport, Lansdowne and Manassas.

Jeffrey P. Lange recently joined Dewberry's Leesburg office as senior landscape architect. In 2002, Lange established The English Oak Foundation, an organization dedicated to the regreening of the United States through the establishment of dedicated preservation areas and reforested watersheds.
