At a fund-raising event held, Sunday, June 3, at Morven Park in Leesburg, Gov. Tim Kaine (D), joined more than 100 attendees in showing his support for Sen. Mark Herring (D-33). Herring is seeking re-election and will face Republican challenger Patricia Phillips in November.
