The Bethesda Painting Awards is downtown Bethesda’s annual juried art competition that exclusively honors painters. The Art Glass Center at Glen Echo will celebrate its new status as a non-profit corporation with an exhibit in the recently opened Popcorn Gallery at Glen Echo National Park.
