Life Line Screening will be at the Gold’s Gym, 2445 Centreville Road, Herndon, on Monday, March 19 screening people to reduce the risk of having a stroke. Screenings use ultrasound technology and scan for potential health problems related to blocked arteries, aortic aneurysms and hardening of the arteries in the legs. A bone density screening is also offered. All four screenings take less than an hour to complete. A complete screening package is $129, without the bone density screening the cost is $109. Accessibility Summit. The 8th annual conference for the disability community will be held at McLean Bible Church, Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24. The conference brings together persons with disabilities, families, caregivers, faith and other community organizations and government agencies. Organizations represented this year include the National Organization on Disability, Center for Autism and Related Disorders, the National Children’s Medical Center and others; speakers include doctors, professors and people who are affected by a disability.
