<cal2>2nd Flight Productions will be holding auditions for its upcoming musical, "Aida." Auditions will be held May 10 and May 15 from 7-9 p.m. and May 12 from noon to 2 p.m. Lead callbacks will be on May 16 at 7 p.m. Those auditioning should prepare 32 bars from a song of their choice and come prepared to dance. Auditions for the Westfield Summer Stage are Saturday, May 12, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. No roles for the Disney comedy "High School Musical" have been pre-cast and all roles are open. In the first of a series of discussions on immigration, the League of Women Voters of the Fairfax Area will discuss the economic aspects of immigration, immigrants in Fairfax County and the day laborer issue. The organization's unit meetings will be held during the second and third week of May at 16 locations throughout Fairfax and Prince William counties. The League's meetings are free and guests are welcome; no registration is required. <cal2>The musical production of "Oliver!" returns to Manassas this spring when the Center for the Arts’ Pied Piper Theatre presents its last show of the 2006-2007 season. Fairfax Animal Shelter offers low-cost rabies clinic for dogs, cats and ferrets on Sunday, May 20 from noon to 2 p.m. The Fairfax County Animal Shelter is at 4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax. Rabies vaccinations cost $10 at the clinic. All dogs should be on leashes and all cats in carriers.

Fairfax County 2007 dog licenses will be sold separately at the clinic and cost $5 for altered dogs and $10 for unaltered dogs (bring proof of your pet's spay or neuter).
