The Sterling United Methodist Players are presenting Stephen Schwartz’s musical drama, "Children of Eden," a musical retelling of the stories of Genesis, May 18-20, at the church, at 304 East Church Road in Sterling.

Show times are at 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday evenings, May 18 and 19; and at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon, May 20. Tickets purchased in advance are $6 per adult and $4 per child age 4-12, children age 3 and under are free, but ticket required to hold the child’s seat. Ticket prices will be $1 more at the door. The Sterling Playmakers presents the 2007 10-Minute One-Act Festival, May 18-19, 8 p.m. and May 20, 2 p.m., at Sterling Middle School, 201 W. Holly Ave. The festival includes several short plays in a variety of styles suitable for the entire family. Each play will be performed twice over the three-day period.
