Comstock Homes’ Next Home Resource Center, at 1980 Isaac Newton Square in Reston, celebrates National Home Ownership Month Saturday, June 2, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Events will include: 11:15–noon, First Time Home Buying; 12:15–1 p.m. The Art of Moving, Downsizing, and Staging Your Home; 1:15–2 p.m. How to Clean Up Your Credit; 2:15–3 p.m. Patio and Balcony Gardening.
Throughout the day, homebuyers will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with real estate professionals, mortgage and banking representatives, downsizing and moving experts, and a master gardener. Spanish-speaking loan officers and realtors will be in attendance to answer questions. There will be raffle prizes. Children are welcome, and lunch will be served.
