Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's (CBRB) will celebrate the grand opening of the new Ashburn-Dulles office on Saturday, June 2, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The event will take place on the office's parking lot at 44050 Ashburn Shopping Plaza, Suite 163, Ashburn.

Weichert, Realtors' Ashburn Office, announces several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in April.

Bonnie Selker led the office in dollar volume, listings and listings sold. She is a member of the President's Club and the Executive's Gold Club. Chairman's Club member Nicole Hare led the way in revenue units, while Executive's Club member Becky Esguerra earned the honor of top seller.

Weichert, Realtors' Dulles Office, announces that Linda Sonnhalter, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, earned the honor of top producer for the third month in a row. She led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and sales. Sonnhalter is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club. In 2005, she was awarded membership in the Weichert Hall of Fame for her many years of distinguished service as a real estate agent.
