Deputies Recover Stolen Items

Stolen items recovered by the Sheriff's Office.

Numerous items of stolen property were recovered after the apprehension of two men and a teenager in the Sterling Park area, according to the Sheriff's Office. Items recovered include credit cards, checkbooks, cell phones, DVD players, GPS units, a laptop, MP3 players and prescription medication. All of the items recovered are believed to have been stolen from the Sterling Park area in recent weeks.

The items were recovered Oct. 18 when Randy Lee Bush, 22, Christopher Nodoku, 20, and a 17-year-old male, all from Sterling, were apprehended around 7 p.m. in the area of South Culpeper Road and East Williamsburg Road, according to the report. Stolen items were found in their possession and in the home of the teenager.

Bush has been charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He faces further charges related to the larceny charges. Nodoku is charged with three counts of grand larceny and attempt to commit credit card fraud. The juvenile, whose name cannot be released due to his age, is facing marijuana, grand larceny and credit card fraud charges. Bush and Nodoku are being held without bond.

The Loudoun Sheriff’s Office is working to find the owners of the property. Sterling Park residents who have been a victim of a larceny from a vehicle in recent weeks and believe some of this property may belong to them, contact Investigator C.
