The 2007 Northern Virginia Senior Olympics will be held through Sept. 15, marking its 25th anniversary. Participants must be 50 years of age as of Dec. 31, 2007 and reside in one of the sponsoring Northern Virginia jurisdictions. Among the events offered for competition are track and field, swimming, card games, shuffleboard, tennis, horseshoes, pickleball, basketball, board games, bowling and golf.
