The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office will photograph and fingerprint children for free at several upcoming events: Saturday, June 7, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday, June 8, noon-4 p.m. at Celebrate Fairfax at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax. The ID card gives authorities vital information to help them locate children if they are ever missing. This community service is available for county and Fairfax City residents, ages 0-17.
