Montgomery County officials and community members will participate in a panel discussion to raise awareness of underage drinking from 7-9 p.m. at the Montgomery County Public Schools Auditorium, 850 Hungerford Drive, Rockville. Council member Duchy Trachtenberg and Police Chief Thomas Manger will present opening remarks. The forum is free and open to all. Light refreshments will be served.
