The Cascades Library has the largest collection in the Loudoun County library system. There are computers are available for adult use, with separate computers available in the Youth Services Department. Wi-Fi is available for those with laptops that have wireless capability. The library has 10 one-hour Internet computers, three 15-minute Internet computers, 15 computer catalogs, E-books, audio E-books and databases with access from home. The library also offers three meeting rooms, a conference room and a group study room for use by nonprofit organizations and clubs. Fiction, nonfiction, children's resources, magazines, DVDs, electronic-books, databases and books-on-tape are some of the entertainment and informational resources that the Sterling Library provides the community. Working out of the Sterling Community Center, the library has story times for young children, book clubs for adults as well as children, computers, a typewriter, and the 75-seat, 15-table Quinn Room, a gathering/meeting place for clubs and nonprofit organizations and businesses. Wi-Fi is available for laptops the have wireless capability.

The Ashburn Library provides access to personal computers for use by the public, which is free, with a charge of 10 cents per page for printing. The library provides free Wi-Fi service for those who bring their own laptops equipped with wireless capability into the branch. The library also has a typewriter available for public use. Computers with Internet access are on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be used up to an hour at a time. Computers with Microsoft Office are restricted to two hours at a time; and computers with children's educational games, for age 3-8, are restricted to 30 minutes at a time. The branch also offers meeting rooms for public use, call for availability and reservations. The library also has other resources such as fiction, nonfiction, children's resources, magazines, DVDs, electronic-books, databases and books-on-tape.
