The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors has inaugurated Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent Damon Torregrossa into its Pioneer Club for 25 years of service as a real estate agent. Torregrossa is a sales associate with Coldwell Banker in Reston Town Center and has been with that office for his entire career.

Kristy Lynam has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Reston Town Center as a sales associate. Lynam worked previously for Reinhart Realtors in Ann Arbor, Mich. She lives in Reston and spent much of her youth in the Greater Washington, D.C., area. She will be serving residential buyers and sellers in Reston, Herndon, Great Falls and Vienna.

Mohamud Ali was named the top producer and seller with a sales volume of $3.9 million and Suzi Gellman was named top lister and agent with most new listings at Long & Foster’s Reston office.

Reston Town Center Coldwell Banker Residental Brokerage sales associate Brent DeRobertis was awarded the 2008 Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Distinguished Service Award. The SRES Council recognized him for being a driving force for change, and for his efforts to better serve the demands of the senior market. The SRES Designation program trains realtors to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of clients age 50-plus.
