Babygarten, a program for infants and their parents/caregivers, will be offered at local libraries. Babygarten will be held at the Sterling Library, 120 Enterprise St., Sterling, Jan. 14, 10 a.m. Each session lasts for six weeks. Registration required; register at library.loudoun.gov.
