Applications are now available for artists for the fourth annual Western Loudoun Artists Studio Tour, scheduled for June 20-21. Any 2- or 3-D work will be considered, including painting, drawing, fiber art, wood, ceramics, photography, sculpture and jewelry. The International Youth Orchestra is holding auditions for accomplished young musicians ages 10-17 for the summer 2009 season. Available positions include principal and/or section chairs in the following instruments: violin, viola, cello, string bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, French horn, percussion. Scholarships will be granted to principal chairs.
