<cal2>Youth Organization Open House. 4:30-6:30 p.m., Reston Library, 11925 Bowman Towne Drive, Reston. Interested youth ages 12 - 18, adult mentors and parents are invited to attend this open house event to encourage and plan youth leadership activities for 2009. <cal2>Hispanic Parent Classes. A free class for Hispanic parents of children in Kindergarten–sixth grade titled "You Always Say No! Have Fun and Be a Parent" will be held at the Herndon Neighborhood Resource Center, 1086 Elden St., Herndon at 7 p.m. The class will teach parents to become a nurturing parent, praise their children and their behavior, take care of their needs and their children’s and how to help their children control their behavior.
