Town of Vienna Election. Polls will be open from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St. S.E., Vienna. Town elections are nonpartisan, and Town Council members are elected at large. This year, Vienna voters will elect the Mayor and three Town Council members, who will begin two-year terms July 1. Voters may request an absentee ballot from the Fairfax County General Registrar's Office at 703-222-0776.
