Sculptor Matthew Buttrill, 34, of Old Town created this 12-foot high "Growing Salvation" piece of art from local found objects — within a mile radius. He completed the work on Dec. 10 and plans to continue adding to it. The sculpture can seen next to von Brahler Ltd./Gallery, at the corner of Powhatan and Bernard Streets in Old Town.
